About Kaveh

My journey in tech hasn't been about waiting for the "right time", it’s been about creating it. By the age of 27, I’ve navigated the halls of AWS and Microsoft, secured venture backing as a Startup Co-Founder and COO, and pursued advanced studies in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. But these milestones weren't just luck; they were the result of a specific, tactical approach to career building that I now share with my clients. I started my career by obsessing over how the world’s most successful tech companies actually hire. I realized early on that being "good at your job" is only half the battle. The other half is mastering the "meta-game": the resume that bypasses the filters, the personal brand that creates inbound opportunities, and the negotiation tactics that ensure you are paid your true market value. I eventually turned this obsession into a side business, where I personally helped over 20 clients break through the noise to land their own dream roles. Whether you are a student looking to break into the industry through a top-tier U.S. Master's program or an experienced professional aiming for a FAANG-level promotion, I know exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes. I’m here to give you the "insider's playbook" I used to accelerate my own career, so you can stop playing catch-up and start leading.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how the right strategy can compress a ten-year career plan into three. Early in my journey, I realized that the tech industry is full of brilliant people who are technically overqualified but professionally "stuck" because they haven't been taught the unwritten rules of the game. Having navigated the path to AWS and Microsoft and launched a venture-backed startup—all by the age of 27—I recognize that having the right roadmap made all the difference. My passion for coaching grew out of a side business where I helped over 20 clients overhaul their professional identities. Seeing a talented engineer finally land their dream FAANG offer or helping a professional negotiate a life-changing salary increase is incredibly rewarding. Today, I balance my career in Big Tech with my role as a Founder and COO and my studies at Georgia Tech. That "triple-threat" perspective—corporate excellence, startup grit, and academic rigor—is exactly what I bring to my clients. Coaching matters to me because I don’t believe anyone should have to "guess" their way to the top. Whether you are aiming for an elite U.S. Master’s program or a seat at a top-tier tech firm, my goal is to provide the clarity and confidence you need to stop settling. I’ve lived the path you’re on, and I coach to ensure that your hard work translates into the status, compensation, and impact you’ve actually earned.
