About Karen

I am a partnerships leader and coach with a decade of experience navigating high-pressure environments, from the 0-1 founder journey to leadership at Uber, Snapchat, and Foursquare. My career has been defined by versatility. I’ve managed nine-figure deals, survived over 20 organizational restructures, and mastered the art of the pivot across 5 companies and 3 promotions in 10 years. Whether I’m negotiating global partnerships or launching industry-first integrations, my special sauce is a deep intuitive understanding of how to build leverage and win in rooms where the stakes are highest. I bring this same strategic edge to my coaching, whether I am guiding professionals through complex career transitions or helping students crack the code to top ranking schools . I didn’t have a roadmap when I started, so I built my own and landed acceptances at elite universities and securing rapid promotions and career pivots in Big Tech along the way. My goal is to provide you with the battle-tested strategies, tactical negotiation skills, and resilient mindset needed to bypass the trial-and-error phase and land exactly where you belong.

Why do I coach?

I coach because as a first-gen immigrant who lived through some of the messiest career hurdles — navigating multiple toxic environments, countless organizational and manager changes, and the psychological weight of reinventing myself across five different jobs. Partnerships and Business Development remain some of the most under-coached fields in the world; there is no playbook for breaking in or moving up, and few leaders who have done the work at scale are willing to pull back the curtain. I had to build my own ladder in a vacuum of information, and I am dedicated to ensuring you don’t have to. My approach is built on radical candor and zero-waste sessions. I’ve seen 20+ organizational restructures and managed nine-figure deals, so I deal in the reality of messy workplaces. Whether we are navigating a career pivot or a complex college admissions cycle, I provide an honest, transparent space to tackle your specific challenges, giving you the battle-tested strategies and the direct feedback you need to stop guessing and start winning.
