I've worked in strategic partnerships and BD for a little over a decade now. And through it all, I've always felt energized by helping others. Whether you're coming from consulting, banking, or an MBA program, pivoting from sales or marketing within tech, or making a bigger leap from somewhere like CPG or finance, chances are you already know how to build relationships, navigate complexity, and make a case in a room. Why do I coach?
I coach because I derive a lot of joy from helping others achieve their goals. Looking back, I didn't have a roadmap for the high-stakes environments I found myself in. Having navigated everything from toxic cultures to constant reorgs to total career pivots, I now enjoy paying forward the lessons I learned the hard way. Beyond the tactical, I love the process of helping individuals find their voice in a noisy professional landscape. Whether we're navigating breaking into partnerships or a tricky career situation, I view our work together as a partnership to unlock growth.
