I am currently a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate at LinkedIn, where I support a $100M+ annual revenue business and advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives to shape our GTM strategy Prior to LinkedIn, I spent two years at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, where I was promoted to Senior Associate Consultant in my final month. At Bain I worked across private equity due diligence, operating model transformation, and organizational design engagements, advising C-suite stakeholders at companies ranging from $8B+ industrial manufacturers to global mining firms and non-profit education foundations. I coach on two areas I have navigated firsthand. The first is breaking into MBB consulting. I recruited successfully into Bain out of Indiana University Bloomington, a non-target school, and understand what it takes to compete against candidates from brand-name programs. This includes building a compelling story and performing in case interviews. The second is transitioning from consulting into a Business Operations or Strategy role in tech. I made that move deliberately after two years at Bain and can offer a practical, honest perspective on how to position a consulting background, which roles to target, and what to expect. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Economic Consulting, Information Systems, and Business Analytics from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, graduating with a 3.91 GPA and highest honors.
