About Justin

I'm a software engineer with a strong passion for systems-based thinking and harnessing technology to solve real-world challenges. I started working professionally as a web developer in high school and have extensive abilities across various Frontend libraries and frameworks (primarily having worked professionally in React). Throughout my college years, I had the privilege of sharing my knowledge by teaching Computer Science concepts part-time. I served as an online instructor for Juni Learning (a dedicated online tutoring platform for young STEM students), where I guided students through challenging programming questions in preparation for the USACO competition. Additionally, I contributed as a teacher's assistant to our school's startup accelerator, supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, giving go-to-market advice, and reviewing code. I currently work professionally at Figma building out our Monetization pipeline and iterating quickly on projects to help make design accessible to all. My professional experience spans both small tech startups and larger corporations, providing me with valuable insights into the intricacies of building and scaling software solutions as a company grows. I am passionate about leveraging technology to make a positive impact, and I'm excited to continue my journey in the world of software engineering, contributing to meaningful projects and pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve in the 21st century.
