About Julie
I am a senior technology and cybersecurity executive with 20+ years of experience advising boards, executives, and regulators across federal and state government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. My background includes the FBI, global consulting and CISO roles.
Why do I coach?
I coach because leadership in IT and cybersecurity is often learned under pressure, and many capable leaders step into high-stakes roles without a trusted sounding board. Technical skill alone is insufficient at senior levels. What differentiates effective leaders is judgment, prioritization, and the ability to operate in complex environments with incomplete information. My role is to help leaders think clearly, make defensible decisions that advance business goals and objectives, and protect credibility under scrutiny.
