About Judy

I bring 20+ years of experience in strategy consulting, startups, and people leadership to my coaching practice, and was trained in strategy at Bain & Co after earning an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. As a full-time executive coach today, I also bring strong foundational training from the Co-Active Training Institute, Conscious Leadership Group, and Spirit Rock Meditation Center (where I was trained in mindful leadership). I coach from a place of skill, empathy, and experience. Additionally, I believe that everyone has the ability to succeed and create meaningful, positive impact in their career and in the world. I have been a part of executive leadership teams, part of reorganizations, promoted quickly in some cases, experienced setbacks in others, stayed at jobs for years, and left jobs that have not been good fits. Throughout all of this, I have been consistently recognized for my strategic clarity, communications acumen, and deft touch with people. All of this translates to a deep well of knowledge to share, whether it is supporting talented leaders and founders to grow in their roles, navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, or cultivate skills and practices that lead to sustainable success. As your coach, I will work to be an objective partner who can ask powerful questions to help you gain clarity, expand your perspectives to strengthen your mindset, and provide tools and accountability to help you create transformational change.
