I’ve spent 12+ years building and leading program management, strategy, and trust and safety teams at leading tech companies like Uber, Tinder and Hinge. I started in the field after graduating from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and have since worked for start-ups with less than 50 employees and Fortune 500 companies operating on 6 continents. Now I'm a career coach who has helped 40+ individuals through career pivots and growth to land interviews and jobs at tech companies including FANNG.
Why do I coach?
I would't be where I am without mentors who saw my potential, invested in me, and guided me. Navigating and growing in the high-pace tech environment is challenging and too often there are no guides. I've built, scaled, and led teams and one of the most rewarding aspects was investing in my people and giving them the tools they need to grow and excel.
