This program is built for professionals in an active job search who feel stuck, whether that's early applications going quiet, interviews that don't progress, or final rounds that don't convert. If you're ready to sharpen how you tell your story, hold your own under pressure, and make your value clear to a hiring team, this is the work we'll do together. I spent 25 years in HR at Pfizer, most of it in talent and career growth, and I've since coached professionals through 600+ hours of career transitions and job searches. What that's taught me is that people rarely get stuck because they're not capable. They get stuck because no one has helped them see their own story clearly enough to tell it with confidence. That's the work we'll do together. You will receive: • Ten private 1:1 coaching sessions over about three months • Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment, which shows how you tend to handle stress and pressure, plus a Self-Sabotage assessment that surfaces patterns that may be getting in your own way in the search. Both are debriefed early on so we can work with them for the rest of the program • Optional Career Explorer and Whole Brain Thinking (HBDI) assessments, if you want to go deeper • Two full mock interviews with direct, specific feedback • A full resume and LinkedIn revision • Light between session support for quick questions and follow through Some of the common coaching activities included in this package are: • An exercise to map out where things currently stand across different parts of your search, so we know where to focus first • An exercise to sharpen how you identify what a hiring team needs and how you position yourself to meet it • Naming the patterns that quietly work against you in your search, then building a steadier way through them • Turning your work history into career stories that land as evidence, not a list, through a compelling career stories exercise • Building resume impact statements that back up the story you're telling • A LinkedIn profile makeover to bring your online presence in line with your interview story • Practicing how to answer high pressure questions without losing your footing • Strengthening how you advocate for yourself, without it feeling like bragging
