Feeling stuck between options, or sensing it's time for a change without a clear picture of what or how? This is a single, focused session to cut through the noise. Ahead of our session you'll complete a short intake, so I arrive with context. In 90 minutes we'll map the options actually in front of you, surface what's driving the decision (and what might quietly be getting in the way), and pressure-test each path with a strategist's structure and some constructive challenge. You'll leave with a clear read on your options and one concrete next move, plus a short written summary from me capturing what we landed on, so it's yours to act on.

Here's how we'll work: • Ahead of our live sessions, share relevant context and materials — a CV, an offer, a job spec, or what's on your mind — so we spend our time on the work, not the setup. • Tell me your preferences around actions and accountability, so the structure supports you without becoming onerous. • Be honest about what's working and what isn't, so we avoid guesswork. • Everything we discuss is treated as confidential, both ways.
A few working assumptions: • Quoted time covers live sessions plus supporting work agreed in advance (e.g. reviewing a CV, an offer, or context you send me). • Book sessions at least 3 business days ahead, subject to mutual availability. • Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move; short-notice cancellations, missed sessions or late starts are charged in full. • We'll work within the timeframe noted for the package. • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, or a substitute for any of them. • It's collaborative: outcomes depend on the responsibility and action you take.
