I’m a strategist, coach, and former management consultant who helps ambitious people clarify their story, sharpen their direction, and move with confidence toward what’s next. My background spans corporate strategy, management consulting, and business leadership — including work in high-stakes environments where clear thinking, strong communication, and disciplined execution matter. I’ve helped executives solve complex problems, build compelling narratives, and make decisions that drive real impact. That same skillset is what I bring to coaching. I support clients across three areas: MBA admissions, management consulting recruiting, and life coaching for high-achievers who want more clarity, consistency, and momentum. Whether you are applying to business school, breaking into consulting, preparing for interviews, or trying to build a more intentional life, I help you cut through the noise, identify your strongest story, and create a practical plan that we can work together to execute. My coaching style is structured, honest, and encouraging. I’ll challenge you, but I’ll also meet you with care. Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe people have near limitless potential: often dormant, waiting to be tapped, activated, and directed toward something meaningful. Most people are not lacking talent. They are lacking clarity, structure, confidence, accountability, or the right person to help them connect the dots. Coaching matters to me because it helps people close the gap between where they are and what they are capable of becoming. That is true whether someone is applying to a top MBA program, trying to break into management consulting, preparing for a major interview, or simply trying to build a more focused and fulfilling life. In each case, the work is similar: clarify the goal, uncover the strongest story, identify what is in the way, and build a path forward with intention. I coach because I love helping people recognize what is already inside them, then bring it to life. My role is not to hand you a generic formula. My role is to help you unlock your own potential, communicate your value with confidence, and take consistent action until the future you imagine starts becoming real.
