My mission is to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to navigate the competitive legal job market and secure your desired position. This coaching plan is designed to refine your interview skills, ensuring you present yourself as a compelling candidate who stands out to potential employers. Here's how we'll work together: 1. **Initial Assessment & Strategy Session**: We'll begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your current interview skills and career goals. Together, we'll identify your unique strengths and areas for improvement, crafting a personalized interview strategy that aligns with your goals. This session ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. 2. **Mock Interviews & Feedback**: Experience realistic interview questions tailored to your target roles, whether in-house, law firm, or government positions. I will simulate the interview environment, providing you with the opportunity to practice your responses and receive immediate, constructive feedback.
