About Jessica
I’ve spent over a decade helping funds and founders raise capital by building the investor relations, operations, and storytelling engines behind successful fundraises. I’ve established IR functions from the ground up, designed LP engagement strategies, and managed pipelines supporting over $100M in capital raised across early-stage and growth funds. My background spans Bain Capital Ventures (supporting a $10B+ platform and portfolio community of 400+ founders) and Daily Harvest, where I partnered with leadership on board operations and investor communications during a $100M+ Series D. Today, I advise early-stage funds and founders on narrative, materials, and fundraising strategy so they can run capital formation with confidence and discipline.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how hard it is to navigate fundraising without guidance. I’ve seen brilliant founders and emerging managers struggle to tell their story, build structure, and earn investor confidence-not because their ideas weren’t strong, but because they didn’t know how to translate them into investor language. Coaching lets me close that gap. I love helping people bring clarity, discipline, and credibility to their fundraising so they can focus on building something great, not just pitching it.
