About Jeremy
I help finance and accounting professionals navigate the career moves most people only agonize over. Leaving Big 4, breaking into FP&A, moving to consulting or banking, or figuring out whether a move is even worth making. I've made these transitions myself. Over 12 years I went from Big 4 tax at KPMG to FP&A, to an AVP role at Credit Suisse, into consulting. I know firsthand when a move makes sense, when it doesn't, and what actually separates a job change that pays off from one that quietly stalls your trajectory. But I care about more than just landing the next role. The clients I do my best work with want a career with longevity. Work that stays meaningful and sustainable, not just a chase from one title to the next. If you're trying to make a smart move and build toward something that lasts, that's exactly what I'm here for.
Why do I coach?
Most of the career advice I got along the way was either generic or came from people who'd never actually made the move they were advising me on. The handful of conversations that did come from someone who'd been there changed my trajectory. I coach to be that person for someone else. The one who gives you the real, inside version instead of the safe, obvious one.
