Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how transformational the right guidance can be — not just for an application or interview, but for your confidence, clarity, and sense of possibility. I didn’t always have structure or mentorship early in my own journey. I learned through trial, error, and a lot of uncertainty. When I finally found mentors who saw me — my potential, my voice, my story — everything changed. They taught me how powerful great coaching can be, and it shaped the way I show up for others today. I coach because I care deeply about helping people unlock the version of themselves they can feel but haven’t fully articulated yet. I love the moment when a story clicks, when confidence takes root, when someone realizes, “Oh, I can actually do this.” My clients trust me with some of the most meaningful transitions of their lives — and that’s a privilege I don’t take lightly. Coaching is where my love for storytelling, strategy, empathy, and people all intersect. It’s the work that feels most aligned with who I am.
