About Javaree

I’m a husband, a father, and the founder of Ready To Dad. My work focuses on fatherhood, personal growth, and everyday leadership. I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, and social impact, including time at LinkedIn and Pinterest. Becoming a father made me more interested in how people grow when life gets tough and how changes in identity affect how we lead, communicate, and connect with those closest to us. Over time, I felt a strong pull to help dads become more present and intentional at home. This journey inspired me to start Ready To Dad, where I help fathers handle real family moments with more calm, clarity, and connection.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe dads need more support than they usually get. Too often, dads are left to figure things out alone while juggling work, relationships, and the emotional ups and downs of family life. I want to help fathers feel more grounded, intentional, and connected, not just for themselves, but for the positive impact it has on their families.
