New to casing or feeling stuck? In this focused, 30-minute session, we’ll identify your strengths, pinpoint what’s holding you back, and walk through a short live case drill. You’ll leave with personalized feedback, practical next steps, and a clear sense of how to turn stress into structure and confidence! Typical structure of the session: Quick introductions and goals - 5 minutes Mini-drills: framework/brainstorm/quantitative - 15 minutes Personalized feedback and next steps - 10 minutes Note: this offer is for new clients only.

My approach is equal parts structure, strategy, and sanity. I coach the way I wish someone had coached me when I was starting out - clear, patient, and encouraging. My process is simple: identify what’s holding you back, build the structure and language to fix it, and practice until it feels natural. I make sure you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, not just what to do next. My goal as a coach is that you walk into every interview calm, confident, and proud of how you think!
For first-time clients only - one use per person. This session is a chance to get a feel for my coaching style and build your personalized prep plan before moving into ongoing sessions.
