About Jasmine
I came to consulting from a nontraditional path - years in international development, economic policy, and social impact strategy before earning my MBA at Harvard Business School. I didn’t have a coach when I was applying or recruiting; I had to figure it out myself. That process taught me how to translate diverse experiences into clear, structured stories, and how to stay calm and composed under pressure. At BCG, I saw firsthand what top firms look for: clarity of thought, structured communication, and confidence when things don’t go perfectly. Now, as a coach, I help candidates master those same skills - not just to get through interviews, but to genuinely enjoy them. My approach blends consultant-level rigor with a friendly, practical coaching style that helps you feel grounded, confident, and authentic.
Why do I coach?
I’ve spent my career helping people and organizations turn purpose into strategy, and coaching is the most personal version of that. Whether it’s a case interview or an MBA application, what excites me is helping someone take who they already are and translate it into confidence, clarity, and impact. Coaching lets me combine what I love about consulting - problem-solving and structure - with what I value most about leadership: empowering others!
