Structuring strategic and commercial thinking We will work through frameworks for discussing topics such as pricing, product expansion, go-to-market strategy and growth opportunities — helping you communicate your thinking clearly and confidently. Practical hiring insights from the tech ecosystem Guidance on how strategy teams inside high-growth SaaS companies operate, what hiring managers are looking for, and how to approach the recruitment process strategically. Each session is highly interactive and tailored to your specific background and target roles.
