About Jasmine
I’m a strategy and finance leader at a high-growth global SaaS company and a former growth equity investor. I started my career in growth equity investing, where I worked closely with management teams to evaluate businesses and think about strategy, growth and value creation. It was the best career move I ever made! I loved meeting CEOs & founders, understanding how they went from zero to scale and feeding my curious brain. After 10 years on the outside, I decided it was time to roll my sleeves up and build. I now work in strategy and finance leadership at a global SaaS company with over €200m in revenue, partnering with Product, Revenue and Engineering teams on commercial strategy, pricing and product expansion. Through my work I’ve seen how competitive recruiting processes can be, and how often strong candidates struggle not because they lack ability, but because they haven’t yet learned how to position their experience clearly. As a minority in my field in so many ways, I know best that anything is possible if you know how to position yourself and tell your story! My coaching focuses on helping candidates structure their career story, communicate their thinking effectively, and navigate interviews with confidence — particularly for private equity, growth equity and strategy roles in high-growth technology companies.
Why do I coach?
Growing up as a shy person, I saw first-hand how the right coach, mentor or piece of guidance can transform someone’s confidence and trajectory. The confident, curious and network-driven person I am today is largely thanks to the people who took the time to guide me along the way. That experience shaped how I think about mentoring others. I find it incredibly rewarding to help people unlock that same confidence and clarity in their own careers. I genuinely believe that most people already have the ability to achieve what they want — they just need the right structure, perspective and encouragement to bring it out. I most often work with consultants, bankers and finance professionals transitioning into private equity or strategy roles in high-growth technology companies.
