My coaching style is structured, interactive and highly personalised. I work closely with clients to understand their background, goals and target roles, and tailor sessions to the areas where they will have the greatest impact. I tend to run sessions in a very interactive way, working through real examples from your experience together rather than relying on generic advice. This allows us to refine your positioning, sharpen how you communicate your deal or project experience, and build confidence in how you present yourself in interviews. Clients often find my approach helpful because I combine structured frameworks and practical insight with a supportive and empathetic style. My aim is to create an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, testing ideas and improving quickly. You should leave each session with clear, actionable feedback, a stronger narrative and a concrete plan for your next steps.
Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Between sessions, I’m happy to answer brief follow-up questions via messaging where helpful. My goal is to provide practical, actionable feedback to help you make meaningful progress toward your target role.

I am currently a senior Investor at a Private Equity fund in London and have spent 10 years in the Finance industry (Accounting / Audit at the Big 4, Investment Banking and Private Equity) after graduating from the London School of Economics. Formally, I have two professional qualifications: the BVCA Foundational Private Equity course and the ACA (first time passes) with Deloitte. Within Private Equity, I have extensive experience across deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management. I also have experience in coaching you for interviews, test preparation and general career advice.
