About Jake

I run an AI implementation company and a portfolio of small businesses out of Utah — and I run all of it lean, with a fraction of the team an operation this size usually takes. The reason is simple: I've spent the last few years wrapping AI automation around every corner of how I work. My background isn't computer science. I spent six years as a real estate agent and managed five brokerage offices before I ever taught myself to build with AI. That matters, because most of the operators I work with aren't engineers either — they're busy owners who know AI should be doing more for their business but aren't sure where to start. Today I run Dragonfly AI, where we install "AI Operating Systems" for small and mid-sized companies — the same systems I use to run my own portfolio without drowning in admin. I've made my own businesses the lab: every automation I build for myself becomes a playbook I can hand to you.
