About Jaden
I'm an applied AI strategist, 3x founder, ex-Accenture consultant, and former adjunct university faculty member who's spent the last decade at the intersection of technology and business strategy. Currently, I help portfolio companies at a venture studio navigate operational challenges and AI adoption while personally growing an AI consulting practice focused on practical implementation for mid-market companies. I've run large teams of skilled software engineers, mentored 40+ developers through their career growth, taught business and technology courses at BYU Idaho, and contributed to the growth of a half-dozen startups. The world we are living in will change dramatically in the next 2 years as AI takes hold. Let's ensure you and your business are ready. Outside work, I'm a competitive triathlete training for sub-6 hour 70.3, an annual panelist at Dragonsteel Nexus, and a violinist of nearly 20 years. I'm also a father of three young kids!
Why do I coach?
Early in my career, I struggled to find mentors who understood both the technical and business sides of technology work. The consultants I worked with didn't write code; the engineers I learned from didn't think about go-to-market. I had to piece together guidance from dozens of sources and figure out frameworks through trial and error. I'm particularly drawn to helping people think through inflection points: helping a founder decide on a path with AI implementations that actually stick, whether a skilled engineer should take an operator role vs. build something independently, how to actually implement AI in a large organization rather than just talk about it, and how all of this matters for your individual situation.
