The strongest college applications are built over time, not assembled during senior year. This 12-month coaching program helps students in grades 6–8 develop the habits, interests, and sense of direction that will support a successful transition into high school and eventually college. Through personalized monthly coaching, students will explore their academic interests, identify meaningful extracurricular opportunities, set achievable goals, and learn how to take greater ownership of their development. The emphasis is not on creating unnecessary admissions pressure at a young age. Instead, students receive age-appropriate guidance that builds confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for future success. This package includes: - Twelve 60-minute private coaching sessions delivered monthly - Personalized academic and extracurricular planning - Exploration of the student’s interests, strengths, and potential goals - Guidance on selecting meaningful activities and summer opportunities - Goal setting, accountability, and progress monitoring - Preparation for the academic and personal transition to high school - Written meeting summaries with recommended next steps - Parent guidance and periodic progress updates - Email support for brief questions between scheduled sessions The coaching plan will evolve throughout the engagement as the student’s interests, needs, and goals become clearer.
