A compelling college profile is developed intentionally throughout high school—not assembled during senior year. This 12-month coaching program helps students in grades 9–10 make thoughtful academic, extracurricular, and personal-development decisions that strengthen their future college options. Through personalized monthly coaching, students will identify their interests and strengths, establish meaningful goals, and build a strategic plan for the remainder of high school. Rather than encouraging students to collect activities for the sake of a résumé, I help them pursue authentic interests with greater depth, initiative, leadership, and impact. This package includes: - Twelve 60-minute private student coaching sessions - Personalized academic and extracurricular strategy - Course-selection and academic-positioning guidance - Leadership and extracurricular-development planning - Passion-project exploration and development - Research, internship, volunteer, and enrichment guidance - Summer planning and opportunity recommendations - Testing strategy and timeline guidance - Preliminary college and academic-program exploration - Development or refinement of the student’s résumé - Goal setting, accountability, and progress monitoring - Written meeting summaries and actionable next steps - Brief email support between scheduled sessions The student’s strategy will evolve throughout the engagement based on their progress, developing interests, academic performance, and long-term goals.
