Why do I coach?
Since I started coaching in 2022, I've had the privilege of meeting and mentoring many talented and ambitious individuals. It's been a privilege to guide them as they embark on their careers in User Experience ( UX ) and Product Design. From providing feedback on portfolios to offering general career advice, I've enjoyed every minute. Whether it's students fresh out of college, professionals transitioning to product design, or people at various stages in between, I've been inspired by their diverse perspectives. Their knowledge, expertise, and wisdom make every conversation rewarding and have given new meaning to my work day-to-day. With 8 years of experience as a Product / UX / UI designer, I find it fulfilling to share my journey and the lessons I've learned. Coaching allows me to support those entering the UX field, and it’s been a deeply gratifying experience. I'm looking forward to meeting more awesome people through the Leland platform!
