Why do I coach?

I truly believe in the power of mentorship and paying it forward. Throughout my own career journey, I've been fortunate to have had invaluable guidance from mentors who've shaped my path and gave me the confidence I needed to achieve my goals. For example, during my time at Bain, I really focused on investing in others and community building through my involvement in the Asians at Bain affinity group, leading the social committee, as well as co-leading Northwestern undergrad recruiting where I focused on strengthening our diversity and inclusion efforts. Those experiences helped me realize my passion for coaching and mentorship. That's why I eagerly embrace every chance, formal or informal, to mentor and support others.
