What we do together: Before we start, you receive a Treasure Hunting pre-work packet — a set of questions designed to surface the moments, turning points, and convictions that make your founder story distinct. You arrive to Session 1 already inspired and mid-discovery. Session 1 — Treasure Hunt. We go through your treasures together and kick off the story makeover. Treasure Hunting is my proprietary method for finding the story only you can tell. Session 2 — You & Your Startup. We map the connection between your unique purpose and your startup's purpose — the dots that only you can connect, and the story that emerges when you do. Session 3 — Selling the Story. We train the narrative and your founder presence for a specific audience — an investor meeting, a key hire, a press interview, an enterprise pitch, a demo day. Session 4 — Higher Stakes. Same structure, bigger room. We drill the moments that really matter — the final partner meeting, the lead investor call, the conference keynote, the press interview that defines the round.
