I coach from experience, not theory. I have built communities from scratch — at Google, at Instagram, and as a Founder. I was Instagram's first Latin American hire and helped grow @instagrambrasil to 16.3 million followers. After Instagram, I joined a branding company working exclusively with startups, which gave me deep experience in the VC and startup ecosystem — and where I discovered my passion for working directly with founders. It was there that I saw the gap: founders with brilliant ideas but no story to match. A deck is not enough. What moves rooms, drives moments, and builds communities that become love brands is charisma — and charisma is a story told with conviction. My methodology — the Treasure Hunt — is a proprietary framework I developed to surface the story only you can tell. It's the same process I use with Fortune 500 leaders, and the same one I now bring to founders who are ready to build something that lasts. I am also a pop artist and multi-hyphenate creator, which makes me deeply sensitive to voice, tone, and authenticity. I don't coach you toward a generic founder story.
