Package Description:
I'll work with you over a period of 2-3 months, ideally well before the performance review cycle, to help you understand what steps you can take, personally, to lobby for that promotion. As a people manager with over 20 years of experience, I'm very familiar with how managers think about promotions and what kinds of things you can do (beyond your day job) to help your case. We will connect twice a month, for one hour each time.
What you'll get from this package
An outline of what you'll need to do in the coming months to make a strong case for promotion.
An understanding of the promotion process from the direct manager, skip level manager, and VP level thought process.
