About Griffin

I grew up in New Jersey and spent six years as an Air Force officer before heading to Wharton. Mentorship has been a constant thread throughout my career — whether coaching youth sports, supporting junior officers navigating career decisions, or helping peers think through their next chapter. I believe everyone has a compelling story worth telling, and I genuinely love the process of helping people find it. That's what brought me to coaching, and it's what keeps me here.

Why do I coach?

Coaching isn't something I fell into — it's something I've always done. I've spent most of my career mentoring people through difficult transitions, and when I went through the MBA application process myself, I invested heavily in a boutique consulting firm. The guidance was good, but I walked away convinced that the same quality of support shouldn't require that kind of financial commitment. That experience stuck with me. I want to be the person who makes this process accessible — someone who brings real expertise, genuine investment in your success, and a price point that works for people who are earlier in their careers.
