I Advised CEO and senior leadership regarding all aspects of fundraising process of $250M facility, including leading legal and commercial due diligence processes, modeling returns across multiple investment structures, presenting to potential investors’ C-suite and Executive Directors, and consulting on transaction documentation and negotiations.
