About Grant
Born and raised in Ohio, I grew up in a small community. I went to a public college in Ohio to save money and worked hard for 4 years to land a job at Bain & Co after graduation. Throughout my time at Bain, I've helped undergrad and grad students informally and formally as a Bain recruiter and interview prepare for interviews. I am now pursuing my MBA at Stanford GSB. No matter where you are at, I'd love to make preparing for the next step feel less daunting.
Why do I coach?
I love coaching because of the potential to change someone's trajectory. People from where I grew up don't end up at top jobs or MBA programs, and I've been able to help so many like me change the narrative. I care about my mentees, work hard alongside them, and am the first to celebrate their achievements.
