About Grant
Born and raised in Ohio, I grew up in a small community. I went to a public college in Ohio to save money and worked tirelessly for 4 years to land a job at Bain & Co after graduation. Using the skills I learned at Bain, I left to lead the wholesale business of an emerging men's athleisure brand for 1 year. I am now pursuing my MBA at Stanford GSB to one day lead a men's fashion brand.
Why do I coach?
No one makes it alone. I have had countless mentors throughout high school, college, and my career that have shaped my experience and helped me achieve my goals. But the real reason I love coaching is the potential to change someone's trajectory. Based on factors outside of my control, it was highly unlikely that I would crack an industry like consulting with a top firm out of college. I want to share what I've learned because unlocking growth in others has been one of the joys of my career.
