A lot of coaching is either too "soft" (reflection without results) or too tactical (quick fixes that don’t stick). I offer a middle path: Science-Based Coaching. Drawing on a decade of experience at Google, X (the moonshot factory), and Pure Storage, combined with a Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern, I help high-achievers treat their careers as a system to be architected, not a series of fires to be put out.
