Description

Returning to Yourself is a four-week live online group mindfulness course for people navigating demanding seasons of work, study, caregiving, leadership, transition, or uncertainty. We meet on Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23, and 30, from 4:30–5:45 PM PT / 7:30–8:45 PM ET. We’ll explore foundational, adaptable mindfulness practices for noticing what is here, returning attention when it wanders, listening to the body with curiosity and care, meeting difficult moments with care, and finding steadiness around what matters.

What you'll get from this package

FOUNDATIONAL MINDFULNESS PRACTICES: Learn adaptable ways to return attention, listen to the body, meet difficulty with care, and find steadiness around what matters.

WORKABLE ATTENTION ANCHORS: Explore breath, sound, movement, visual awareness, physical contact, and other places for attention to rest and return.

PRACTICE RESOURCES: Receive optional Practice & Integration Companions and guided meditation recordings to revisit between sessions.

A PERSONAL PRACTICE MAP: Notice what supports you, what you may adapt, and what you may choose to leave.

Additional details

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

Primarily live, with light between-session resources. Sessions follow a consistent rhythm: arrival, brief teaching, guided mindfulness practice, private reflection, shared inquiry and closing integration. Between sessions, you’ll receive an optional Practice & Integration Companion and guided meditation recording. These are invitations to support practice—not assignments. There is no required homework, practice streak, or ongoing chat-based coaching.

Refund Policy

This is a fixed-date live group course, not 1:1 coaching. Missed sessions are not individually rescheduled. Before attending, participants will complete a brief RTY registration that includes the participation waiver and recording acknowledgment. Full sessions are recorded privately for facilitator learning and MMTCP practicum/certification review. Guided meditation segments may be shared with registered RTY participants as practice resources; teaching discussions and shared inquiry are not distributed as course recordings.

NBC-HWC | Mindful Coaching for Clarity & Sustainable Change

I help people navigate stress, transitions, decisions, recurring patterns, self-criticism, competing priorities, and everyday life with greater awareness, agency, and care. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I draw on motivational interviewing, behavior-change science, mindfulness, and self-compassion when they support your goals. Together, we can notice what may be shaping your experience within you, in your relationships, and in the systems around you; reconnect with strengths, supports, meaning, and purpose; and explore what response feels wise and workable now. Sometimes coaching is about solving a problem or making a decision. Sometimes it is about making more room for joy, connection, energy, or possibility. Mindfulness practices are optional, and coaching does not replace psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or medical treatment.
