50+ people coached for Life Coaching
I help people navigate decisions, transitions, relationships, competing priorities, recurring patterns, and questions about what they want more of in their lives. As an NBC-HWC with more than 20 years of experience supporting people through change, I bring thoughtful questions, practical reflection, mindfulness, and attention to the context around you—not just the problem in front of you. Together, we may clarify what matters, notice patterns shaping your choices, reconnect with strengths, relationships, and sources of support, and explore a wise, workable response. That response may involve action, a boundary, a conversation, asking for support, rest, waiting, experimentation, acceptance, or letting something go. Sometimes it may also mean making more room for joy, meaning, creativity, or possibility. You bring the goal, set the direction, and remain the decision-maker.

About Gloria
I’m Gloria Anglón, an Afro-Latina, first-generation college graduate with more than 20 years of experience helping people navigate graduate education, important decisions, transitions, and change across MIT, Harvard, Maryland, and USC My work connects two areas I care deeply about: helping people navigate graduate education more wisely and partnering with people as they navigate decisions, relationships, transitions, and the systems that shape their lives—with greater clarity, agency, care, and connection. My approach is collaborative and systems-aware. I bring deep experience in graduate education, thoughtful questions, practical strategy, mindfulness, and attention to what is happening within you, in your relationships, and in the cultural and institutional contexts around you. My role is not to decide for you. It is to help you see more clearly, reconnect with your strengths, supports, and what matters most, and find a way forward that feels wise and workable.
Why do I coach?
I coach because capable people deserve to thrive—not just endure. Across more than 20 years in graduate education, I saw talented people gain meaningful opportunities while still navigating unspoken norms, competing expectations, self-doubt, isolation, and pressure to keep performing. I believe people grow best when they feel seen, supported, and connected to what matters most. Coaching creates space to notice what may be hidden—within ourselves, within our relationships, or within the systems we’re navigating—and to reconnect with strengths, community, purpose, belonging, and possibility. Sometimes our work is about solving a problem or making a decision. Sometimes it is about making more room for joy, meaning, connection, or a greater sense of possibility.
