About Giana
I'm Gia — a digital and MarTech executive with 15 years in the digital space, leading platform transformation at brands like MGM Resorts, Live Nation, Honda, and AT&T. I've spent my career at the intersection of data, technology, and human experience — building the systems that power personalized, meaningful connections at scale. But my story doesn't start in a boardroom. I'm a first-generation professional, a former music artist, and someone who's learned that the most powerful transformations — in tech and in life — happen when you get obsessed with the process rather than the outcome. That philosophy has taken me from executive director roles to landing a Director of MarTech Transformation at Mattel, and it's what I bring into every coaching relationship. I coach senior professionals and aspiring executives who are navigating career pivots, building their personal operating systems, and trying to close the gap between who they are and what they're capable of.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room and still feel stuck. I've navigated real personal adversity while running enterprise-level transformations. I've rebuilt my identity after loss. I've interviewed my way into rooms I wasn't supposed to be in — and I've learned to do it with intention, not desperation. No one handed me a roadmap. I want to be that for someone else — the person who helps you see what's already there, name it clearly, and move with it.
