In my work I help individuals explore their current career challenges, and so reflect, strategize, and plan their future career path. Through personalised 1-to-1 career coaching, I help my clients articulate their own unique value proposition, prepare for interview and selection processes, and and accompany them as they take on new roles and challenges. As part of this, I am a career strategist for IMD's Executive MBA Program and previously worked as a Career Coach for Von Rohr & Associates, a leading Swiss outplacement company. Vice President-Human Resources

Responsible for leading Total Rewards for the Nestlé Group, as well as employee engagement and international mobility. Successfully co-led Nestlé's "Hire to Retire" (H2R) initiative to re-engineer their HR function worldwide (April 2015-January 2016).

Vice President HR

Played a leading role in the post-merger integration of Merck KGaA and Serono to become Merck Serono, which was recognized by the SHRM ‘Strategic HR Leadership Award’ (2008). Created and led a new global centre of HR expertise to support Merck Serono, the biopharma division of Merck KGaA, providing advice on remuneration, organizational development, recruitment and talent management. Responsible for driving a new global HR strategy for Merck Serono, with the role subsequently widened to cover the entire Merck group.

Responsible for compensation and benefits for Serono globally, with role broadened to include organizational development and recruitment worldwide plus HR shared services for the HQ and Switzerland.

Held different roles including European HR Manager for the Enterprise Accounts sales organisation (as part of the latter I was Transformation Manager for the reorganization of HP’s computer business in Europe, covering some 10,000 people) and later responsible for Total Rewards for all of HP in Europe.
