Motivating, coaching and developing people have been key cornerstones of my career. As well as being an accredited executive coach, I'm a career strategist for MBA graduates at IMD Business School and previously worked with a major Swiss company in the outplacement field. I also bring a strong grounding in both human resources and business leadership — which means I understand the real challenges of career transitions. Why do I coach?
I coach because I want to help people make the most of their future. The reality is that we may spend a third of our lives at work — so it really is worth getting right. That's why I act as a true sparring partner, working with you in a way that's tailored to your specific situation and goals, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus specifically on MBA graduates and current or future executives — and having worked in senior business roles myself, I know how to help you craft a message that resonates with executive audiences and positions you as a credible, compelling candidate.
