About Gavin
I'm Gavin, a product leader who's spent 13 years building at Amazon, Barclays and Cisco. I know firsthand how demanding FAANG interviews are, and I'm passionate about helping candidates cut through the noise and show up prepared. Outside of work I'm a husband, dad to a 5-year-old, and someone who believes the right coaching at the right moment can genuinely change someone's career trajectory. Why do I coach?
I've been lucky to get help from coaches and friends who help me prep for interviews. Coaching is my way of paying that forward, helping others avoid the mistakes I made and get where they're trying to go faster than I did.
