About Emilia
I grew up in a small border town in Canada and never imagined I would one day become an Emergency Room physician in New York City. My journey across biotech, global public health, startups, and now emergency medicine hasn’t been linear — but it’s given me a unique perspective that I am now able to use to help others navigate careers, transitions, and opportunities in healthcare and beyond.
Why do I coach?
I’ve been fortunate to have incredible coaches and mentors who helped shape who I am, broadened my perspective, and guided me through major academic and career decisions. I hope to provide that same thoughtful support to other people as they navigate their own paths.
