As an alumni interviewer on INSEAD's Admissions Committee, I have evaluated candidates firsthand and know exactly what makes the difference between a "maybe" and an "admit." I don't guess what interviewers look for; I've been one. Over the past two years, I have conducted 100+ mock interviews, helping candidates identify their blind spots and refine their delivery. My sessions follow a simple format: a realistic simulation, followed by a structured and honest debrief with clear actions to take before the real thing. I hold an MIM from INSEAD, a Bachelor from ESCP, and an MSc from École Polytechnique. I currently work at McKinsey & Company.
