Ellie has helped clients get into these companies:
I came to AI as a skeptic. When it first hit the mainstream in 2022, while I was wrapping up my master's, I was unimpressed. The outputs weren't good enough for the work I needed, so I dismissed it. That softened a bit in consulting, where I started to see real value even in limited internal tools. The real shift came in early 2026, when AI went from a curiosity to something I use every single day. It changed how I work. That arc is exactly why I'm useful as a coach. I'm not a hype person, and I didn't land here by accident. I know where these tools actually make you faster, where they open up problems you couldn't solve before, and just as importantly, where they fall short and the human still has to lead. I can help you cut the noise, build automations and agents that hold up, and develop the judgment to know when to trust the machine and when not to.

About Ellie
Hi there! I'm Ellie. As a former Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, I bring firsthand experience in recruiting for, interviewing with, and working at one of the world’s top consulting firms. While recruiting, I received final round interviews with McKinsey and Bain, and was cross-offered. I'm familiar with various casing styles, behavioral interview questions, and the recruiting process at both of these firms. With a background in Biology (BS, MS), I’m particularly passionate about helping STEM students and individuals from non-business fields translate their unique experiences into the qualities consulting firms seek. My goal is to guide you through a successful transition into the consulting world.
Why do I coach?
I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of great coaching—trusted mentorship and guidance have profoundly shaped my academic and professional journeys. Throughout my career, extending mentorship to others has been a cornerstone of my work experience. From serving as an assistant instructor during my undergraduate and graduate programs to counseling clients as a management consultant, I’ve always found immense value in helping others learn and succeed. Coaching allows me to give back and share that same sense of growth and achievement with others, and it’s a privilege I truly enjoy.
