Description

Divorce changes your family—but it doesn’t have to diminish your role as a dad. This coaching package helps divorced dads create a calm, stable, connected home where their kids feel safe, supported, and happy to be with them. Together, we’ll focus on what you can control: your relationship with your kids, the culture of your home, your communication, your expectations, and the way you lead. What you’ll get 1. A clear plan for your home We’ll identify the biggest challenges you’re facing—from kids resisting transitions and routines to screen time, bedtime, discipline, communication, or simply figuring out how to make your house feel like their home too. 2. Practical parenting strategies you can use immediately You’ll learn how to set clear expectations, hold boundaries without constant conflict, get kids to cooperate, and respond to challenging behavior without losing your cool. 3. A stronger connection with your kids We’ll develop simple ways to build trust, have better conversations, and stay emotionally connected—even when your kids are struggling with the changes in their family. 4. Your Dad-as-Leader framework You’ll learn how to lead your household with confidence and consistency while avoiding the trap of becoming either overly permissive or overly strict. 5. Between-session support Bring real-life situations to our coaching. I’ll help you think through what happened, what you can do differently, and what to try next. You won’t have to wait until the next session to figure out every parenting challenge on your own. How it works 6 weeks of one-on-one coaching One 50-minute coaching session each week Personalized action steps after each session Email/message support between sessions for questions and real-life parenting situations Practical resources and tools tailored to your family A focus on progress—not perfection The goal: At the end of our work together, you’ll have more confidence, more clarity, and a stronger framework for creating a home where your kids feel secure, connected, and able to thrive.

What you'll get from this package

Have a clear plan for your home—including routines, expectations, boundaries, and household contributions that work for your family.

Know how to get your kids to cooperate without constant yelling, nagging, or power struggles.

Have practical tools for handling the most challenging moments—transitions, bedtime, screen time, disrespect, meltdowns, and resistance.

Feel more confident in your role as Dad, especially when your children move between two different households with different rules and expectations.

Strengthen your connection with your kids through simple, intentional ways to build trust and create positive experiences together.

Learn how to lead rather than react, staying calm and consistent even when your kids are pushing back.

Know what you can control—and what you can't—so you can stop getting pulled into conflict and focus your energy where it makes the biggest difference.

Create a home culture your kids can count on, where they feel safe, welcome, respected, and able to thrive.

Leave with a personalized parenting framework and specific next steps you can continue using long after our coaching ends.

Additional details

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

My coaching style is warm, direct, practical, and judgment-free. I’m not here to tell you that you’re a bad dad or give you a generic parenting lecture. I’ll help you understand what’s happening, identify what’s within your control, and develop strategies that actually work in your household. I bring my deep understanding of kids (over 50K hours direct contact) to my understanding of your kids and their current situation. We meet via Zoom. At the start of every session, we celebrate your wins and at the end of every session, you commit to taking some action based on the pain point we focus on that session.
