Why do I coach?
Mentorship has been an incredibly powerful benefit for me during my career. Having peers and coaches throughout my educational and professional experience is the biggest factor for how I got to where I am today. Since it's been such a powerful tool for me, I am looking now to turn back and pay it forward to others who may need guidance walking along their own paths.
