Ed has helped clients get into these companies:
If you’re looking for a product management coach who will actually meet you where you are—and give you a clear, no-nonsense path forward—you’re in the right place. I work with people breaking into product and PMs looking to level up, whether you come from a technical or non-technical background. My goal is simple: help you build real confidence, make better decisions, and operate like a strong product manager in the real world—not just in theory. I’ve spent 10+ years leading product and growth at companies like Visa Inc. and TransUnion, building and scaling 0→1 and growth-stage products powered by data and machine learning. I’ve driven millions in revenue, improved conversion, and launched products that didn’t just get planned—they shipped and scaled. I also bring an entrepreneurial perspective as the founder of Flavored Resume, an AI-powered platform—so I understand what it actually takes to build, iterate, and make decisions with real constraints. My coaching style is tactical, pragmatic, and direct—but also highly collaborative. I’ll challenge you when needed, simplify what feels overwhelming, and help you think through problems in a structured way that clicks. Whether you’re preparing for interviews, breaking into PM, or growing into a leadership role, I’ll help you focus on what actually matters. I put a strong emphasis on cross-functional partnership, customer-centric thinking, and leveraging a technical foundation (including AI)—so you can confidently work with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership regardless of your background. What makes me different I combine a deep engineering background with product leadership experience at scale—so I can help you not just understand product management, but actually do it well. The focus is always on execution, clarity, and results.

About Ed
I'm a first-generation American and I'm grateful for my parents working as hard as they did to provide me with a solid foundation in life. However there was a lot they didn't know and weren't able to help out with. Like navigating the modern career and corporate world. As a result I had to figure that out on my own. My career path has been anything but linear. I taught myself to code, pursued an education path towards law, and took a number of different roles along my journey leading me to where I am today. There are even a few businesses I started along the way. I wasn't happy with a path I had chosen so I decided to explore a different one. When I started in the tech space, it was as a software engineer. I was intimidated since everyone around me had a Masters-level degree in some kind of relevant field and I was self-taught. I turned that into an advantage since I had the skills to keep learning and develop a brand of my own. But coding felt limiting for me since I wanted to be able to have a input in the what we're building. Product management helped enable me to do just that. 10 years later and multiple successful products later, I want to help others find their path as well.
Why do I coach?
I'm a big believer that there are many paths to success. Even though we're generally thought to believe that success is a linear path and there's a one-size-fits-all approach towards your goals. And a lot of us might not have a network to help guide us. That included me. Since I've been in the position of wanting to achieve a goal but not knowing how, I want to be able to help those who could also benefit from expertise in an empathetic way. If that includes you, I look forward to us working together!
