Decided to pursue a Part-Time or Executive MBA....and the application deadline is only a few months away? This focused coaching package is designed for experienced professionals who have made the decision to apply and need to move efficiently from MBA decision to a strong, completed application. We'll establish your priorities, develop a realistic application plan, clarify your career goals and MBA rationale, and work through the most important elements of your application, all with a clear deadline in sight. You'll leave with a focused plan and a completed application that clearly communicates where you've been, why an MBA makes sense now, what you bring to the program, and where you want the MBA to take you.
What you'll get from this package
I will provide a focused candidacy and application assessment to quickly identify your strengths, priorities, and potential areas of concern.
We will develop a personalized application timeline built around your target program and upcoming deadline(s).
We will discuss yo career goals and “why MBA / why now” positioning appropriate for an experienced professional.
I'll conduct a resume review and application positioning focused on career progression, leadership, accomplishments, and impact.
We will develop an essay and application strategies including selecting the strongest examples for your school's specific application prompts.
We will go over recommender strategy and preparation so you can engage recommenders quickly and effectively.
We will review of school-specific requirements, including written, video, or other application components as applicable.
As you complete your materials, I will conduct a final application review for consistency, completeness, and missed opportunities

This is a focused engagement for an experienced professional applying to a Part-Time or Executive MBA program on a near-term deadline. Before our first session, you’ll complete questions and provide your resume, program details, and application requirements. I’ll review everything in advance so we can start with clear priorities. We’ll set a realistic timeline, focus on the most important application elements, and use coaching time for strategy, feedback, decisions, and refinement. Admissions experience from the other side of the table. For 11 years, I led admissions for Kellogg's Part-Time MBA Program. Experience evaluating MBA candidates, as I personally reviewed applications, interviewed hundreds of candidates, and counseled prospective students and reapplicants. I've had a career focused on developing people. Beyond admissions, I've spent much of my career advising, mentoring, and developing students and professionals.
