About Diana
My career hasn’t followed one straight path. I moved from agency life into tech, climbed the corporate ladder at Meta, and chose to continue developing as a senior individual contributor rather than becoming a people manager. Along the way, I’ve worked across industries ranging from social media and fintech to travel and insurance, while navigating layoffs, reorgs, and contract roles. These experiences have taught me how to stay adaptable, communicate my value, and make thoughtful career moves even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Outside of work, I’m a certified yoga teacher, enthusiastic reader, frequent traveler, and devoted dog mom based in Chicago.
Why do I coach?
I coach because so much of career growth depends on having access to candid advice, encouragement, and knowledge that isn’t always shared openly. I want to give back by sharing what I’ve learned throughout my own career and helping others advocate for themselves with greater clarity and confidence. I’m especially passionate about supporting people from backgrounds that remain underrepresented in tech and helping build a more diverse, inclusive industry.
