About Devin
For more than two decades, Devin Keane focused on Executive Search and built and led talent functions at some of the world's most demanding financial institutions including a twelve-year run at UBS where he oversaw global recruiting operations and led teams across multiple continents. He was, in every sense, a builder of people strategies. That realization led Devin to step back from senior leadership and lean into what had always mattered most. In 2025, he earned credentials from Erickson International, the International Coaching Federation, and Lee Hecht Harrison — and launched Soundview Coaching & Leadership Consulting.
Why do I coach?
The moments that always energized me most were never the metrics. They were the conversations — the ones where someone finally saw their own potential clearly, or figured out what they actually wanted next. My practice is built on a simple belief: sustainable growth comes from leveraging your strengths, not rehashing the past. My clients know that I've had similar experiences and pressures.. I understand the pressures of a C-suite transition, the complexity of organizational change, and also how to explore what comes next.
