Ivy, T-20 Success | 8+ Years Exp. | U.S. News Advisor | J.D. Candidate
Hello! I'm a seasoned college admissions advisor with over eight years of expertise. I have worked as a Senior Admissions Consultant with U.S. News CollegeAdvisor since 2021 and have been privately advising clients since 2017. My students have been accepted into schools like Stanford, Columbia, UPenn Wharton, Duke, Vanderbilt, Georgetown SFS, Duke, Cornell, UVA, UCLA, Berkeley, UNC-Chapel Hill, William & Mary, UT Austin, and the University of Washington. Most college admissions advisors focus on crafting essays, but I focus on crafting an applicant's overall profile. Essays are part of the pie, but students also need the extracurricular activities, coursework, and achievements to corroborate the highlights they tell in their stories. After working with admissions advisors from around the country, I know the exact types of students they are seeking. With that said, I can help students put their best foot forward in the application process. I am currently a J.D. Candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, a top-20 law school, where I serve on the Board of Editors for the North Carolina Law Review, the law school's premier academic legal journal. Prior to matriculating to law school on a merit scholarship, I graduated from the University of Virginia, where I earned a B.A. with Distinction.
