About Dessy
I am an experienced PM, specializing in eCommerce, Retail, and AdTech. I'm now working as Head of Product at TikTok in their Seattle office. I'm a former PM at Amazon and held an executive role at late-stage eCommerce startup Bukalapak (went public in 2021). I also have a background in management consulting and hold an MBA from Wharton. I have coached many PMs and aspiring PMs to get offers from their dream companies. Past mentees have gotten offers from Tiktok, Meta, Amazon, Visa and others. Looking forward to workng with you!
Why do I coach?
I’ve led PM teams across hypergrowth startups and big tech, from launching seller tools at TikTok to turning a marketplace division profitable at Bukalapak. Along the way, I found that one of the most fulfilling parts of my job wasn’t just building products, it was helping PMs and my team members level up, gain clarity, and operate with more confidence and impact. Coaching feels like a natural extension of that. I’ve been in their shoes before, navigated messy orgs and pivots, and scaled teams globally, so now I want to help others accelerate their journey without burning out or feeling stuck!

Manage a team of 10+ Product Managers to launch Seller/Creator tools that help them grow on Tiktok eCommerce (Seller recommendation, Marketing Campaign tools, Promotion tools such as Live Promotion, Discount, Coupon, Flash Deals & Affiliate Rewards) - Work with 1MM+ Sellers and Creators to incubate and launch 0 to 1 Promotion tools in US, EU and SEA - Adoption of our new seller tools was suboptimal—confusing UX, poor communication, and high churn. I led a full discovery and redesign effort, validating each change with sellers. Adoption jumped 5x, support costs fell, and sellers began driving real growth through promotions and campaigns.
