Before each session, I email to check in on how you are doing, what we have planned for our next session, and important topics you want to cover. Each conversation includes exploring your experience, challenging your beliefs and assumptions, co-creating ideas, and defining actions you are committed to taking between sessions. You can reach me between sessions by text, email, or phone for reasonable additional support. My commitment is to your progress.
When we start our work together, I will share a coaching agreement outlining expectations for your responsibilities and mine. I am happy to be flexible because I know you are busy. However, I appreciate 24 hours' notice if we need to reschedule. It is safe to bring any concerns to my attention.
